Chelsea – On Saturday, May 5th, several residents and staff from the St. Louis Center participated in the 2012 Heart and Sole Race in Chelsea, MI. Some of them ran, some of them walked and one of them was pushed in a wheelchair so as not to miss out. No matter the pace, each resident had a great time. Special thanks go to Caitlin Deis for coordinating the event for the residents. Caitlin is the on staff Fitness Specialist at St. Louis Center; teaching residents to exercise and take care of their health.
