Bangalore – Diwali is the festival of light that is celebrated throughout India. The last Sunday of every month the Guanellian Lay members and Cooperators spend time with Grandpas in Prayer and organize games for them. This is an effort to get some experience of the mission. October 30th was a festive evening where everyone is celebrated with family, friends, lights and sweets. The volunteers, Fathers and Brothers organized a celebration with games, sweets and lots of fun. The aged home was all lit up with colorful lights, smiles on faces and joy in their hearts. The Grandpas were delighted with the celebration and appreciated the effort.
